Ara Celi is an American actress, producer, and author who gained notoriety for her roles in Machete (2010) American Beauty (1999) as well as Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997). Her first role that was well-known was on Saved by the Bell: The College Years in 1993 in which she portrayed the character in the role of Theresa Alvarez.
